Gretchen is currently working on a commissioned mural for the American Legion in Caro, MI.

The painting will be 17 ft wide by 11 ft high, and depicts the historic raising of the flag at Iwo Jima.

This mural is being done on MDO signboard, and painted in sections to be installed on the exterior of the building this spring.

She finds this project to be especially challenging and rewarding, as most of her projects have been interior.
